What I love about gold tone shoes is it’s similar to natural tones but has a little “ump” to it. For example, if you are wearing a simple black dress, the last thing you want to do is pair it wirh a pair of black shoes, kind of blend... Gold shoes stands out with black and make a bold statement, especially if it’s pair with cute gold accessories (be careful not to load on too much gold though–remember, the motto is “less is more.” It’s gold and gold stands out, but not every shade of gold works. It should be a nice rich gold, or bronze, not shiny or glossy or glittery— it will look cheap. Gold tone shoes also looks great with browns, tan, cream, white, teal, red, black, deep purple, which are some of the hottest color this season…need I say more?
